1. I will fix my sleep schedule and sleep at 9pm rather than at 1 am.
2. I will eat better like fruits vegetables drink more water and definitely eat a lot less.
3. I will play less video games since that's mostly all I do when i get home.
4. I will be more disciplined get my work done so I don't have to get stressed out and start to feel depressed.
5. I will be more social and try to make more friends.
6. I will spend more time with my family to strengthen our relationship.
7. I will start to learn to be more responsible and smarter when doing things.
8. I will take breaks from my friends to give myself alone time to reconfigure myself.
9. I will start to talk to people on how I feel so I can have people to talk to whenever i am feeling down.
10. I will improve my proficiency in school to get better grades so I can be a better student.
11. I will focus on more important things in life.
12. I will stop thinking so negatively about myself and others.
13. I can be more active for the better of myself
